Submit an entry
The directory is curated by hand. Suggestions are genuinely welcome — most of what is here started as one.
Email the details to hello@brynsonic.com with the developer name, product name and a link. One line on why it belongs is more useful than a press release.
What is accepted
- Software that works. Plugins, DAWs, samplers, sample libraries and utilities that are currently available.
- Free tools on equal footing. Freeware and open-source entries are as welcome as commercial ones, and get the same treatment.
- Independent developers. One-person plugin studios belong here as much as large manufacturers.
- Corrections. Dead link, discontinued product, a description that is no longer true — these jump the queue.
What is not
- Anything that cannot be bought, downloaded or used today.
- Hardware, for now — the taxonomy is software-only.
- Cracked, bundled or redistributed installers. Never send these.
- Paid placement, sponsored entries and link exchanges. They are not sold.
Removal requests
If you are a developer and would rather not appear in this directory, say so and the entry is removed. No explanation is required, and no argument will be made. Email hello@brynsonic.com with the product name.
Removal also covers the company page. If only the description is wrong or unfair, a correction is usually the better outcome and is handled just as quickly.
What happens next
Suggestions are reviewed in batches. If an entry is added, it is written from scratch and checked against the developer's site. If it is not added, you may not hear back — the directory currently holds 116 entries from 72 developers, and it grows deliberately rather than quickly.
